How to Create Blogger Pages and Posts
Pages and Posts Features
Apart from Posts feature, Blogger has Pages feature, also called Tabs. However, this feature is often disregarded. Pages and Posts differ in that Posts are archived as articles.
Pages can be used for the content that is static and therefore can be used in a navigation menu by default. However, Posts can also be used in a navigation menu as external links. The difference between Pages and Posts is that Pages are static and Posts are archived. Also, if Posts are placed in the Navigation Bar, the tab text and background colors will not change when the post is viewed by your blog visitors. These changes will only occur if you place Pages in your navigation bar.
How to add new Pages
Blogger allows each blog to have 20 additional pages. We should always link to Pages for static content as opposed to dynamic posts. You can easily add your pages to the navigation bar. While Pages is a feature of a website, Posts is a feature of a blog.
To add new Pages, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to your Blogger dashboard and click on the Pages button below the Posts link.
2. At the top, click New page.
3. The Blogger editor will open. Enter the title of your page in the Page Title text box and your page content in the content area.
4. Publish the page.
